Shipping InformationAt SpecialtyGourmetFood.com we take great care in packing your order for its safe arrival the same day it is ordered. Orders placed before 3:00PM EDT are generally picked up or delivered to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM on Friday as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be picked up or delivered to the carrier on Monday. Currently all products on our site ship from our clean, climate controlled warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana unless otherwise noted. Due to our centralized location, most shipments will arrive within 2-4 business days with just standard shipping. Therefore, upgrading your shipping even if you are in a hurry may not be worth the cost.We currently use UPS and USPS for all of shipping. Standard shipping will either be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. At the bottom of the page you will find the UPS Ground shipping map. Some products such as chocolates may require special care such as non-toxic refrigerant gel pack.
