Mary Berry's Hollandaise Sauce
Classic Hollandaise Sauce with a hint of lemon. Serve cold from the jar or delicious hot, heated gently in a pan. Traditional sauce for poached salmon, grilled or pan-fried fish, prawns or scallops.

Instructions to use Zip Sauce as a steak sauce:
  • Melt 1/4 stick of butter on low heat (olive oil can be substituted for butter)
  • Add 3oz (1/4 bottle) of Zip Sauce to the melted butter
  • Heat Zip Sauce and butter until hot. DO NOT BOIL
  • When steak is cooked pour Zip Sauce over your steak
  • Enjoy the best steak you have ever had
You can also use Zip Sauce to baste hamburgers by simply basting your burgers liberally with Zip Sauce during cooking.  You can create a marinade by blending equal parts of water with equal parts of Zip Sauce.  Other uses for Zip Sauce include French onion soup base, marinate chicken, stir fry, and potato dishes (mashed and augratin).
